SAFETY & REGULATIONS

We take every measure to ensure quality in the service we provide. As well as regular internal audits of the home and consistent training and development of staff to ensure they can effectively recognise, report and solve any issues they might find, we are also annually investigated by the Care Quality Commission.

 

SAFETY AND QUALITY PROMISE

The safety of our residents is of primary concern to us, both in the design of the home and the way in which we conduct our care services. All of our rooms are equipped with emergency call buttons, there are grab rails positioned throughout the premises, and all of our facilities are maintained with the utmost cleanliness. We equally work to ensure the best quality treatment and care by maintaining a well-trained, experienced and dedicated team of carers as well as consistently liaising with health and social care professionals.
