OUR TEAM

When it comes to our care we take a person centered approach, tailoring our services to each individual and their unique wants, needs and personality.

All of our staff are fully qualified and passionate about their role of care. We also maintain an excellent working relationship with a team of healthcare professionals including dentists, chiropodists and physiotherapists who regularly visit the home and can be called in for specific requirements.

OUR TEAM

PALLIATIVE CARE

We understand how difficult this time can be for residents and their families, and therefore believe it’s more important than ever to be receiving the right care and support at such a difficult time. Our compassionate team do all we can to ensure our palliative residents are comfortable, and given all the time, space and help they need.

SPECIALIST & DEMENTIA

As well as Dementia, our staff have been specially trained to look after residents who suffer with sensory impairments, Parkinson’s disease and strokes. Our specialist dementia care floor offers a full sensory experience in an environment that promotes cognitive development.

RESPITE CARE

Respite care simply refers to short term stays for those who aren’t in need of long term care, whether its residential, nursing or dementia care. This can be for a period of days or weeks rather than months and we even offer commitment free trial periods if you’re not sure if care home life is good for you.

At Ashton Court, our mission is to provide high quality, personalised care services to both the elderly and younger members of the community in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.

RESIDENTIAL CARE

Residential care provides support to residents who need assistance with carrying out daily activities such as eating, washing and getting around the home, this type of care can also extend to those who are capable at doing these things however need a little extra support and care throughout the day due to frailty.

NURSING CARE

Nursing care relates to those suffering with mental and physical conditions or disabilities including dementia, who require specific treatment and care for up to 24 hours a day. This can include long term illnesses, post-surgery and rehabilitation stays.

PERSONALISED CARE

We fully understand the importance of personalisation when it comes to care, which is why we develop a personalised health care plan with every resident that joins us, consulting with family, friends, doctors as well as the individual themselves to ensure their physical, emotional and medical needs are met and they have the healthiest, happiest stay possible.
