Valerie McLoughlin - House Manager
I have worked in care for 30 year, the last fourteen as a Home Manager. I have been the Home Manager of Ashton Court since July 2018 and we have an excellent team.
My focus is to provide a homely atmosphere for our residents with a person centred approach maintaining our resident’s general wellbeing.
Emily Snowden - Deputy Manager
I have been quailed for over 20 years. I have specialist experience in Acute Stroke and Rehabilitation, Dementia Care, falls prevention, Safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). I have also worked as Clinical Lead managing a team of carers providing 1:1 support to adults with additional needs, for example those at substantial risk of falls, individuals living with dementia, and those suffering with delirium or alcohol withdrawal.
Wherever I have worked, my focus/interest has been older people. They have so much to give, and I enjoy being a part of making their latter years as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for them.
